Why do I need to log in for my rebate?
We make all efforts to ensure that you get your rebate. Logging in lets us to make sure when and who signed up with which web host. This keeps it clear and makes rebate tracking easier and faster.
Where does my rebate come from?
Your rebate is funded by the web host(s) that you sign up with. The check will be mailed to you by us and from us. In other words, you can only get your rebate check from us, not from the web host that you signed up with.
How long will it take from the day I sign up with a web host to the day I receive my rebate?
Normally it takes about 30 to 45 business days. But some might take up to 90 business days to get the rebate.
Where will my rebate be sent to?
You need to provide your mailing address for us to mail the rebate. Please go to member area to fill it out.
Can I get my rebate via payapl?
Yes. You can choose paypal as your payment method in member area.
What do I do after I signed up for a web hosting plan?
You should notify us withing two weeks of your purchase in email form or using our Rebate Form.
What if I canceled my hosting plan before the rebate processing period ends?
Rebate processing takes about 30 to 45 days. If you canceled your hosting plan within 60 working days from the day you signed up your hosting plan, your rebate will be voided.
Some hosts offer quarterly or semi-annual subscription plan. Do I get a rebate if I sign up quarterly or semi-annual subscription plan?
You will not be eligible for a rebate if sign up quarterly or semi-annual subscription plan. However, if you contact us first, we might be able to work with the web host to provide a rebate.
I want to sign up with a web host, but it is not in your list, is it possible to get a rebate?
Please contact us, we might consider to list this web host in our web site, if it meets our requirements to be listed here.

Is there any fees for membership?
No. Registerring to become a member gives us an extra measure to keep track of your rebate, and to make rebate processing faster and free of disputes. We don't share or sell your information to any third parties.
Why do I get a blank page when I click on one of the web host?
Some anti-virus program might mistakenly block the url sent from our site to the web host's server. You can temperorly disable your anti-virus program (not recommended), or you can relax your anti-virus program's setting to allow the traffic go through.
For example, with Kaspersky Internet Security: Right click on the Kaspersky icon at the low corner of your computer screen (notification area), choose setting, under protection folder choose Anti-Spy, then uncheck Anti-Banner, click OK.
