"We", "Our", "Us" " - warrenslist.com
"You", "Your", "Member" - individual or entity who uses warrenslist.com's services.
"Program"-warrenslist.com's rebate program.

General

In order to use our services for obtaining a rebate, you must first create an account by providing your email address and password. In order for warrenslist.com to send your rebate, you must also provide personal information including, but not limited to, Full Name, Home Address (including State and Zip Code), and Country of Residence. Please review our privacy policy. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up-to-date in order to process the payment of your rebate. In the event that your information is not current at the time of payment, you forfeit all rebates to warrenslist.com. warrenslist.com is not responsible for any checks mailed to the wrong address due to inaccurate information provided by the member(you).

You represent that you are a person of legal age of at least 18 or 21, depending on the state and country that you live in. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your member information current, complete and accurate by upaditing your member information in the appropriate section of warrenslist.com web site. We reserves the right to terminate any account for abusive or fraudulent activity, or if the member is no longer reachable at the email address provided.

Each member is responsible for his/her own password. It is your responsibility to keep your account safe from unauthorized access. warrenslist.com is not responsible for any credits or debits posted to your account by someone that has accessed your account without your permission. You should immediately change your password and notify us if you feel some one has accessed your account without your authorization.

To make rebate redemption possible, you must be logged into your account and access and transact at the Affiliated Merchant (such as a web host) through our web site. Any transactions that are not recorded by an Affiliated Merchant as originating from warrenslist.com will not be credited to your account. It is your sole responsibility to make sure your web browser(s) are able to accept cookies for a transaction to be recorded. Any transactions made without being recorded by us or the affiliate merchant will not be deemed as a Qualified Purchase for a rebate.

Automated processes including scripts or computers or any other means without a real human member may not be used to generate rebates. The member must be a human and must make and pay for a real transaction (without returning the order or obtaining a refund) at one of our Affiliated Merchants (web hosts) to qualify for a cash rebate. If warrenslist.com feels that a member is abusing the system in any way or engaging in activity that may be perceived as fraudulent, his/her account with warrenslist.com will be immediately canceled, and any rebate will be forfeited to warrenslist.com

You will not permit any use of our web site that would, in any way, damage, interfere with, or unreasonably overload our service, or engage in any activity that is otherwise unlawful and fraudulent.

The Service is only available via the warrenslist.com web site. You must have Internet access and an email address to be eligible to receive the privileges and benefits of membership. warrenslist.com is not responsible for your inability to connect to the Internet, connect to our web site or access your account.

warrenslist.com may modify/amend this Member Agreement from time to time when necessary, with or without notice, and your continued participation in the Service after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check the Member Agreement page of the warrenslist.com's web site regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must immediately cease participation in the Program.

warrenslist.com reserves the right to terminate/change the Service at any time with notice or without notice. It is your responsibility to check warrenslist.com's web site for any changes made.

Membership is subject to the Member Agreement. Any failure to comply with the Member Agreement, any unlawful activities, fraud or abuse relating to the obtaining or redemption of rebates, any destrcution of our web site content and data, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to warrenslist.com or its affiliates by you, or anyone acting on your behalf, may result in the termination of your membership in the Program, cancellation of your warrenslist.com account and/or forfeiture of your rebates.

Rebate and Processing

Your account will be credited for each rebate earned as a result of making a "Qualified Purchase" (see below for a definition) at an Affiliated Merchant (i.e. a web host) through warrenslist.com and the Affiliated Merchant recorded this transaction as originating from warrenslist.com.

The rebate amount will be the amount specified for each particular Affiliated Merchant (i.e. a web host) in our web site for every Qualified Purchase (unless specifically stated otherwise) that you make at a particular Affiliate Merchant. The Qaulified Purchase is defined as only if all the following three conditions are met: (1)a Qaulified Transaction, (2)Your purchase must not be canceled for any reason within the rebate processing period. The Rebate Processing period in most cases it will take 30 to 45 working days. It might take up to 90 working days for some web hosts. It is up to the web host(that you signed up with) to set the time for the verification and confirmation of your purchase. This time frame varies from different web hosts. Your rebate will be voided if your purchase is canceled within the rebate processing preriod. (3)Your purchase must be fully paid one year or longer web hosting plan, unless you and warrenslist.com have made an agreement of a rebate eligibility for a particular purchase (for semi-annual or qurterly web hosting plan) before the purchase is made.

You must email us your name, the date of purchase, the web host, which hosting plan, and signed up for how long, to admin@warrenslist.com within two weeks of your purchase for us to process your rebate.

A "Qualified Transaction" is defined as occurring only if all of the following 4(four) criteria are satisfied: (1) "Cookies", both first and third party (if applicable), must be enabled on your Web browser; (2) All potential Qualified Transaction must begin by clicking on the Affiliated Merchant's link that appears on any page of the warrenslist.com web site and being successfully connected to the Affiliated Merchant's Web site based upon that click. (3) warrenslist.com may, at all times, route your request for a merchant site through specific links, in order to assure that the sale can be tracked correctly. Any alteration of these links will invalidate your sale, which will not be deemed a Qualified Transaction. (4) All purchases must be started and completed in one shopping session within the warrenslist.com shopping program. If you start a purchase, then complete it in a different session, you will be ineligible for a rebate. The determination of whether or not a purchase made through a warrenslist.com Affiliated Merchant is a "Qualified Purchase" is at the sole discretion of warrenslist.com.

Since your rebate is funded by the Affiliated Merchant, any transaction that warrenslist.com does not receive credit or payment for will not be paid to Members, although we may have credited your account.

Rebates awarded to members are subject to adjustments for returns, cancellations, and other events. Such adjustments can be applied to Member accounts at any time by warrenslist.com at its sole discretion. If you disagree with any adjustments made to your account, your sole remedy is to withdraw from the our program and stop using our services.

Depending on the amount of rebate(s) you earned, and the tax laws of federal, state, and local jurisdictions, you may be taxed on your rebate(s). In all instances, you will be solely responsible for any and all tax liability arising out of your redemption of rebate(s).

In most cases, transactions will be posted within 10 business days. Most of the Merchants will confirm your purchase within 30 days. However, some Merchants can take up to 90 days to confirm the transaction. It is your responsibility to inform us via email or other means for the purchase you have made with a merchant (ie. web host) within two weeks of the purchase.

Your rebate will be mailed to you to the address you provided in the member area of our web site once we recieved fund from the Merchant that you made purchase from. It is your responsibility to keep your member information current, complete and accurate by periodically updating your information in the appropriate section of the warrenslist.com web site. warrenslist.com is not responsible for any checks mailed to the wrong address due to inaccurate information provided by the member(you).

If you cancel/refund your purchase within 60 days, your rebate will be voided, althougth it might have been credited to your member account. If you feel that a transaction has not been accurately posted or credited to your account then it is your responsibility to contact warrenslist.com within 30 days of the transaction date but no more than 90 days after completing a Qualifying Purchase. We may require you to send us a copy of the electronic purchase receipt along with your inquiry so that we may investigate the issue. Necessary adjustments may be applied to Member accounts at any time by warrenslist.com at its sole discretion. If you do not agree to adjustments made to your account, your only resourse will be to terminate your membership. warrenslist.com reserves the right to making adjustment to our rebate policy due to any changes from our Affiliated Merchants.

warrenslist.com is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any Affiliated Merchant or web host, or any Affiliated Merchant withdrawal from the our web site, or for any effect on accrual of rebates caused by such changes, discontinuance, or withdrawal. warrenslist.com is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any special offer or coupon code at an Affiliated Merchant site. It is the Member's responsibility to make sure that all specials are valid. If you choose to use coupons and specials that are not listed on the our web site, we cannot guarantee that you will be eligible to receive a rebate on your purchases.

All questions or disputes regarding the Program, including, but not limited to, questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program, or the eligibility of rebate redemption, must be submitted in writing within 60 days of the qualifying transaction, to warrenslist.com by email admin@warrenslist.com. Any such disputes shall be resolved by warrenslist.com at its sole discretion. All interpretations of this Member Agreement shall be at the sole discretion of warrenslist.com. In the event that an error is made by warrenslist.com, your sole remedy shall be the credit of the disputed refund to your warrenslist.com account.

YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WARRENSLIST.COM'S SERVICE IS BEING PROVIDED TO MEMBER "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARRENSLIST.COM DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

WARRENSLIST.COM MAKES NO WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE QUALITY OF, OR ACCURACY OF ADVERTISEMENTS FOR, ANY INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL, ANY MERCHANDISE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES OFFERED OR PROVIDED BY AFFILIATED MERCHANTS OR SUPPLIERS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROGRAM. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. IN ADDITION, ALTHOUGH WARRENSLIST.COM INTENDS TO TAKE REASONABLE STEPS TO PREVENT THE INTRODUCTION OF VIRUSES OR OTHER DESTRUCTIVE MATERIALS TO THE WARRENSLIST.COM WEB SITE, WARRENSLIST.COM DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS THAT THIS SITE IS FREE OF DESTRUCTIVE MATERIALS. IN ADDITION, WARRENSLIST.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND WARRENSLIST.COM ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR ACCESS, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, YOUR INABILITY TO REDEME REBATE BY PURCHASING ITEMS WITH AN AFFILIATED MERCHANT.

Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT WILL ANY OTHER COMPANY WITH WHICH WARRENSLIST.COM HAS A CORPORATE PARTNERING RELATIONSHIP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CO-BRANDING, CO-MARKETING, JOINT DEVELOPMENT, A MERCHANT RELATIONSHIP, AFFILIATES, OR A SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR NON-PERFORMANCE OF WARRENSLIST.COM'S OBLIGATIONS. YOU AGREE NOT TO SUE ANY CORPORATE PARTICIPANT FOR NON-PERFORMANCE BY WARRENSLIST.COM.YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WARRENSLIST.COM AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (I) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (IV) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. MEMBER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD WARRENSLSIT.COM, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF MEMBER'S USE OF THE PROGRAM, THE VIOLATION OF THESE POLICIES BY MEMBER, OR THE INFRINGEMENT BY MEMBER, OR OTHER USER OF THE SERVICE USING THE MEMBER'S ACCOUNT, OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER RIGHT OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY THREATENING, LIBELOUS, OBSCENE, HARASSING OR OFFENSIVE MATERIAL CONTAINED IN ANY MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS.
